摘 要:电气装备行业具有产品类型多、产品链上下游交叉分布、产业关联程度高等特征,导致电气装备产品全生命周期中存在资源流通不畅、业务敏捷度不足、指令执行效率低等情况。对此,研究并提出了单核多链条电气装备行业资源配置模式。这一模式在某大型国有企业内进行应用,通过整合企业内外部供应链资源,优化生产管理流程,促进物流、资金流、信息流协同整合,提升了电气装备产业链的整体效率和效益。The electrical equipment industry has the characteristics of many product types, cross distribution of upstream and downstream of the product chain, and high degree of industrial correlation, resulting in poor resource circulation, insufficient business agility, and low instruction execution efficiency in the entire life cycle of electrical equipment product.In this regard, the resource allocation mode of single-core multi-chain electrical equipment industry was studied and proposed.This model was applied in a large state-owned enterprise.By integrating the internal and external supply chain resources of the enterprise, optimizing the production management process, promoting the coordinated integration of material circulation, capital flow and information flow, the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the electrical equipment industry chain have been improved.
