摘  要:基于简单的湿浸渍法将聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)有效负载到多孔树脂(HP20)中,制备获得树脂基固态胺吸附材料,并探究了PEI负载量(30%~60%)、吸附温度(30~90℃)和压力(2~100kPa)对材料CO_(2)吸附性能的影响.研究表明树脂基固态胺吸附材料的最佳PEI负载量为50%,过量的PEI会致使材料CO_(2)吸附容量和胺基利用效率的显著降低.所筛选的材料在较低或较高的CO_(2)分压范围内均能展现出优异的CO_(2)吸附性能,在30℃下的CO_(2)吸附容量达到3.06~3.78mmol/g,表明该材料在不同CO_(2)分压的多种碳捕集应用中均有着较好的适用性.此外,树脂基固态胺吸附材料的CO_(2)/CH4和CO_(2)/N2选择性在2~100kPa的压力范围内分别有262~5858和708~11551,在各类传统或新兴的固体吸附材料中处于较高水平.In this work,resin-based solid amine adsorbents were obtained by effectively functionalizing polyethyleneimine(PEI)into porous resin(HP20)using a simple wet impregnation method.The effects of PEI loading(30%~60%),adsorption temperature(30~90℃)and pressure(2~100kPa)on the CO_(2)adsorption performance of the adsorbents were investigated.It was shown that the optimum PEI loading for the adsorbents was 50%,and that excess PEI resulted in a significant decrease in CO_(2)adsorption capacity and amine utilization efficiency.The screened adsorbents exhibited excellent CO_(2)adsorption performance at both low and high CO_(2)partial pressures,with CO_(2)adsorption capacities ranging from 3.06 to 3.78mmol/g at 30℃,indicating that resin-based solid amine adsorbents were suitable for different CO_(2)capture applications at various CO_(2)partial pressures.In addition,the CO_(2)/CH4 and CO_(2)/N2 selectivity of resin-based solid amine adsorbents ranged from 262 to 5858 and from 708 to 11551 at 2~100kPa,respectively,which were at a high level among various traditional and emerging solid adsorbents.
