摘  要:医学院校教师临床医学教育教学研究的知识和能力直接关系到临床医师人才的培养水平。医学教学论文写作的目的在于提升临床教师的教学水平和理论水平,教师教学水平的高低与其对理论知识的掌握与理解程度有着直接的关联,但是部分临床教师在教学选题、论文撰写、期刊投稿等方面没有深入且系统的研究,从而导致其对教育知识及其发展规律并没有成熟的了解。通过分析现阶段临床医学教学论文写作的现状,并提出对策,从而提高临床教师的教学水平和论文写作能力。The knowledge and ability of medical college teachers in clinical medical education and teaching research are directly related to the level of clinician talent training.In the final analysis,the purpose of clinical medicine teaching paper writing is to improve the teaching level and theoretical level of clinical teachers.There is a direct relationship between the level of teachers’teaching and their mastery and understanding of theoretical knowledge.However,some clinical teachers have not made in-depth and systematic research on teaching topic selection,paper writing and journal submission.As a result,they do not have a mature understanding of educational knowledge and its development law.By analyzing the current situation of clinical medicine teaching paper writing,we put forward some countermeasures,so as to improve the teaching level and paper writing ability of clinical teachers,and integrate the scientific research theory with the actual teaching situation.
