摘 要:在职业生涯规划的指导与咨询领域,霍兰德生涯兴趣类型理论一直是具有指导性和应用性价值的工具之一。这一理论是通过个人兴趣类型与职业环境类型的匹配,实现对个人生涯定位与选择的指导。为此,通过对台湾地区黄素菲教授提出的“生涯兴趣小六码”理论进行深入的研究探讨,结合传统霍兰德兴趣类型理论进行对比分析,将“生涯兴趣小六码”这一生涯兴趣指导新理论的内涵、应用价值及局限予以澄清解读,为职业生涯发展规划的现实指导与咨询提供更为准确的理论工具,丰富生涯教育的理论思路,为开辟更为有效、更具社会适应性和发展性的个人生涯发展路径提供借鉴。In the field of career planning guidance and consultation,Holland’s career interest type theory has always been one of the most guiding and practical tools.This theory is to realize the guidance of personal career orientation and choice through the matching of personal interest type and career environment type.Therefore,through in-depth research and discussion on the theory of“career interest code within major”proposed by Professor Huang Sufei in Taiwan,and combined with the traditional Holland interest type theory,this paper clarifies and interprets the connotation,application value and limitations of the new theory of career interest guidance.It can provide more accurate theoretical tool guidance for the practical guidance and consultation of career development planning,enriches the theoretical ideas of career education,and provides reference for individuals to open up a more effective,social adaptive and developmental path of personal career development.
