摘  要:如何培养既能扎根本土融民生所向,又具备国际竞争力的包装可持续发展创新设计人才,成为当今包装职业教育特别关注的重要议题。从理论创新、教学改革、差异化培养等三个维度创新运用高阶思维理论,构建了“创新意识自发培养—创新思维自觉养成—创新行为自主实践”的创新能力培养体系,并以中山火炬职业技术学院包装专业学生的创新能力培养为例,阐述了培养的新模式。实践证明,新培养模式可为培养创新思维产业发展亟须的复合型包装创新设计人才提供参考。How to cultivate innovative design talents for sustainable packaging development who can not only take root in local areas and meet the needs of people’s livelihood but also have international competitiveness has become an important issue of special attention in packaging vocational education.From the theoretical innovation,teaching reform,the cultivation of differentiated three dimensional innovation on the basis of the theory of higher order thinking,this paper constructs the“innovation consciousness spontaneous-innovative thinking cultivation-innovation behavior of autonomous practice consciously”innovation ability training system,and we take Zhongshan torch position of courtyard packaging professional students with innovation ability training as an example,and elaborate the new pattern.The practice proves that the training mode can provide a reference for the cultivation of innovative packaging design talents with innovative thinking.
