摘  要:随着“中国制造2025”战略的实施,国内模具企业大力推行智能制造。为了满足模具企业对高素质模具技能人才的需求,高职院校模具专业课程设置应及时融入智能制造技术的相关课程内容,以便培养出适应模具企业智能制造技术的高端技能型人才。在分析现有模具专业课程设置现状的基础上,总结归纳出高职院校模具专业课程体系和课程内容改革方面所面临的新挑战,提出了一些智能制造大背景下高职院校模具专业课程的改革措施。通过与当地企业合作共建模具智能制造实训场所,配套相应的软硬件设施,逐步探索与实践模具专业课程改革。With the implementation of the“Made in China 2025”strategy,domestic mold enterprises have vigorously promoted intelligent manufacturing.In order to meet the needs of high-quality mold skilled talents in mold enterprises,the professional curriculum of mold in higher vocational colleges should be timely integrated into the intelligent manufacturing technology,so as to cultivate high-end skilled talents who adapt to the intelligent manufacturing technology of mold enterprises.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the existing mold professional curriculum,we summarize the new challenges in the mold professional curriculum system and curriculum content reform in higher vocational colleges,and put forward some mold professional curriculum reform measures in higher vocational colleges under the background of intelligent manufacturing.By cooperating with local enterprises to build a smart mold intelligent manufacturing training place,and supporting the corresponding software and hardware facilities,we gradually explore and practice the professional curriculum reform of mold.
