摘　　要：γδ型T细胞急性淋巴细胞白血病(T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia,T-ALL)是起源于T系定向前体细胞的恶性肿瘤,发病率低,仅占T-ALL的0.3%~3.0%。恶性T细胞CD45RA/CD45RO表达模式以CD45RA^(-)CD45RO^(+)发生率最高,CD45RA/CD45RO过渡表达者罕见。本文报道了1例CD45RA/CD45RO过渡表达γδ型T-ALL,对其免疫表型进行了深入分析并回顾相关文献,以期为此类疾病的诊断提出新的参考。γδT-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL)is a rare hematological malignancy originating from precursor T cells with low incidence,approximately 0.3%~3.0%.As previously reported in the literature,the CD45RA/CD45RO expression pattern of malignant T cells has the highest incidence of CD45RA^(-)CD45RO^(+),and CD45RA/CD45RO transitional expression is very rare.Here we reported a case ofγδT-ALL with CD45RA/CD45RO transitional expression,and analyzed its immunophenotype in depth and reviewed the relevant literature in an attempt to propose a new reference for the diagnosis of such diseases.
