摘　　要：晕厥是全脑灌注不足引起的突发、短暂、自限的一过性意识丧失,其病因诊断有赖于一系列评估检查,但诊断价值有限。植入型心电监测仪是一种皮下植入型电子检测设备,具有记录时间长、持续提供监测、自动识别存档等特点。相比于传统诊疗手段,植入型心电监测仪对于不明原因晕厥具有更高的诊断价值,并且能够有效指导临床给予恰当干预。植入式心电监测仪的临床应用在国内起步较晚,近年有所发展,具有重要的推广价值和广阔的应用前景。Syncope is defined as transient loss of conscious due to cerebral hypoperfusion,characterized by a rapid onset,short duration,and spontaneous recovery.The etiological assessment of syncope depends on a series of assessment tests,but is of limited diagnostic value.Implantable cardiac monitor(ICM)is a subcutaneous device,permitting prolonged monitoring,automatic identification and archiving.ICM offers higher diagnostic value for unexplained syncope than traditional diagnostic tools,and can effectively guide clinical interventions.The clinical application of ICM in China starts late and has developed in recent years.ICM has important promotion value and broad application prospects.
