地方本科高校应用型转型背景下的大学生教育与管理

摘　　要：应用型本科教育促进了地方本科高校的转型发展。在地方本科高校应用型转型的背景下,需要有效应对在知识传授、能力培养和价值引领过程中存在的教育管理问题。为切实做好大学生的教育与管理工作,应创新应用型人才培养模式,以思想政治教育提升政治素质、以专业知识教育提升专业本领、以创新创业教育提升创新意识、以社会实践教育提升实践能力,在教育过程中进行管理,使教育管理服务相融合,落实“五育”并举,推进“三全育人”。Applied education has promoted the transformation and development of local universities. In the context of transformation, schools should effectively deal with some problems existing in the process of knowledge transfer, ability training and value guidance, effectively do a good job in the education and management of students, create training modes for applied talents, and improve political quality with ideological and political education, professional abilities with knowledge education, innovation awareness with innovation and entrepreneurship education, practical abilities with social education, by putting management in education and integrating education, management and services, so as to implement Five Simultaneous Education and promote Three Complete Education.
