新时期我国民办高等教育高质量发展的现实困境与路径探析

摘　　要：建设高质量教育体系是新时期教育改革发展的方向。民办高等教育作为我国高等教育系统的重要组成部分,实现高质量发展有其必要性。该文首先分析民办高等教育高质量发展的核心要义,明确其内涵与阶段性特征。其次,基于民办高等教育发展现状,分别从宏观与微观层面指出当前民办高等教育高质量发展面临的现实困境,即存在融合发展程度不够、办学同质化现象严重、人才培养重结果轻过程、高层次人才缺乏、经费来源相对单一、优质教学资源不足等问题。最后,结合民办高校体制机制优势,提出实现高质量发展的路径:把握发展趋势,对接现代职业教育;坚持质量为本,构建人才培养质量管理模式;加大引进与培养,提升教师发展能力;发挥资源优势,提供优质教育服务;发挥多方力量,多渠道筹措办学经费。如此,以推动民办高等教育更高质量、更有特色地发展。Building a high-quality education system is the direction of education reform and development in the new era.As an important part of Chinese higher education system,private higher education is necessary to realize higher development.Firstly,this study analyzes the core meaning of the high-quality development of private higher education,and clarifies its connotation and stage characteristics.Secondly,based on the present situation of private higher education development,the study points out that the reality of the development of private higher education from the macro and micro level respectively.Such as insufficient integration development,serious educational homogeneity phenomenon,talent training emphasizes result over process,lack of high-level talents,single funding sources,lack of high-quality teaching resources.Finally,with the advantages of private universities,the study proposes the path to achieve high quality development,from the aspects of grasping the development trend to connect with modern vocational education,adhering to the quality-oriented to build the quality management mode of talent training,increasing talent introduction and training to improve teachers’development ability,giving full play to resource advantages of to provide quality education services,and giving full play to various forces to raise funds through multiple channels,so as to promote the development of private higher education with higher quality and more characteristics.
