摘　　要：由于电力机车掉入分相区后救援难度大、极易影响运输秩序,给铁路安全生产造成威胁,青岛机务段组织对担当区段内的困难分相区进行了分析研究,对如何通过困难分相前的机车操纵提出了相应对策,可为相关人员提供借鉴参考。Due to the difficult rescue after the electric locomotive falls into the change-over section,the transportation order is easily affected, threatening to railway safety production. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the locomotive manipulation before passing difficult change-over section,which can provide a reference for the relevant personnel.
