摘  要:为探索布袋式工厂化循环水系统养殖南美白对虾的效果,试验设对照组和试验组各3组,对照组选择进口一代南美白对虾虾苗,试验组选择"壬海1号"南美白对虾虾苗,模拟人工海水进行养殖,养殖周期为100 d.试验组成活率、每尾重量、产值和经济效益分别比对照组提高24.14%、25.79%、18.32%和18.61%,饵料系数降低,表明"壬海1号"南美白对虾虾苗在布袋式工厂化循环水模拟人工海水养殖条件下生长速度快,抗病性能好,养殖经济性状明显,具有示范推广价值.For exploring the effect of bag-based factory circulating water of farming in Penaeusvannamei,There were 3 groups in control group and 3 groups in experimental group, The control group selected the first generation of Penaeusvannamei seedlings. The experimental group selected "Renhai no. 1" Penaeusvannamei seedlings. Artificial seawater is simulated for aquaculture, The breeding cycle is 100 days.Compared with the control group, the survival rate, weight per tail, output value and economic benefit of the experimental group were increased by 24.14%, 25.79%, 18.32% and 18.61%, respectively, and the feed coefficient was decreased, Test shows that "Renhai no.1" had fast growth rate, good disease resistance and obvious economic traits under the conditions of artificial mariculture in bag-based factory circulating water. It has the value of demonstration and promotion.
