摘　　要："大思政"格局下高等教育教学需要在专业课程中有机渗透德育元素,实现全方位育人的功效.针对水产养殖专业本科生培养要求,结合普通生物学课程教学内容和教学目标,笔者以课程思政作为教学理念,从教学大纲整改、教学内容优化、思政元素提炼、教学方式改革等方面进行了初步的思政教学改革探索,使学生在获取广博的生物学专业知识的同时,润物无声地培养了学生正确的价值观和人生观,切实发挥了该课程"立德树人"的思政作用.Under the environment of "great political thinking", the teaching of higher education needs to organically infiltrate moral education elements in major courses to realize the effect of all-round education. For aquaculture major undergraduate training requirements, combined with the teaching contents and target, based on courses education as teaching ideas, the preliminary reform was carried out in general biology course including the rectification of the teaching outline, teaching content optimization, the ideological elements refining, teaching methods innovation. The students not only acquire extensive professional knowledge of biology, but also cultivate their correct values silently, which gives full play to the ideological and political function of the course.
