摘 要:故障识别系统经常会出现误报、错报等情况,为提高健美操力量训练器故障识别的精度,设计一种基于粒子群算法的健美操力量训练器的故障自动识别系统。在硬件中,设计单片机报警电路,完善高电平输出口与报警电路的连接机制,设计SIM卡通信电路,保证力量训练器在监测出故障时可以及时报警并发送通知。在软件中,提取训练器故障特征,计算其他端口经验信号频率,计算训练器故障提取的平方和;基于粒子群算法建立故障识别模型,得到粒子的个体极值与全局极值,同时设计力量训练器的故障识别算法。对比四种算法在无故障、轴承故障、转子故障以及定子绕组故障特征中的识别准确率,粒子群算法的准确率均高于99%,而其他三种算法的准确率在97%~99%之间,可见该系统在识别精度方面优于其他系统。In order to improve the accuracy of fault identification of Aerobics strength trainer,an automatic fault identification system of Aerobics strength trainer is designed based on particle swarm optimization algorithm.In the hardware,the single-chip microcomputer alarm circuit is designed,the connection mechanism between the high-level output port and the alarm circuit is improved,and the SIM card communication circuit is designed to ensure that the strength trainer can give an alarm and send a notice in time when it detects a fault.In the software,the fault characteristics of the trainer are extracted,the empirical signal frequencies of other ports are calculated,and the sum of squares of the fault extraction of the trainer is calculated;The fault identification model is established based on particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the individual extreme value and global extreme value of particles are obtained.At the same time,the fault identification algorithm of strength trainer is designed.Comparing the recognition accuracy of the four algorithms in fault free,bearing fault,rotor fault and stator winding fault characteristics,the accuracy of particle swarm optimization algorithm is higher than 99%,while the accuracy of the other three algorithms is between 97%-99%.It can be seen that this system is superior to other systems in recognition accuracy.
