摘　　要：英语地名机器翻译系统是满足用户翻译需求的重要工具,系统的翻译效率直接影响用户对英语地名的理解程度,从硬件、数据库和软件三个方面,设计并研究了基于移动云计算模式的英语地名机器翻译系统。先加设云处理器设备,通过系统电路的连接,完成硬件系统的优化。然后收集现有英语地名以及译文资料,按照统一的存储结构搭建系统数据库。通过词性标注和长句切分两个步骤,完成初始数据信息的预处理,在移动云计算模式下检索译文词条。最后针对系统未收录的英语地名,计算输入项与英语词典中的单词相似度,通过语序调整得出最终的英语地名机器翻译结果。通过系统测试实验得出结论:与现有机器翻译系统相比,优化设计系统的翻译正确率提高了6.35%、响应时间缩短了0.23 s,且吞吐量和最大并发数更高,即优化系统在翻译功能和运行性能方面更加具有优势。English place name machine translation system is an important tool to meet users’ translation needs.The translation efficiency of the system directly affects users’ understanding of English place names.The English place name machine translation system is designed and studied based on mobile cloud computing mode from three aspects:hardware,database and software.First,cloud processor equipment is added,and the optimization of hardware system through the connection of system is completed circuit.Then the existing English place names and translation data is collected,and the system database is built according to the unified storage structure.Through the two steps of part of speech tagging and long sentence segmentation,the preprocessing of initial data information is completed,and the translated entries are retrieved in the mobile cloud computing mode.Finally,for the English place names not included in the system,calculate the similarity between the input items and the words in the English dictionary,and obtain the final English place name machine translation result through word order adjustment.Through the system test experiment,it is concluded that compared with the existing machine translation system,the translation accuracy of the optimized design system is improved by 6.35%,the response time is shortened by 0.23 s,and the throughput and maximum concurrency are higher,that is,the optimized system has more advantages in translation function and operation performance.
