摘  要:目前多用光学调制传递函数(MTF)成像质量标准来评价一个光学成像系统,且广泛采用刃边法来获得MTF,在刃边法的数字图像处理中,边缘检测的质量直接影响到后续MTF的精度。对常规的质心算法和基于Canny算子的边缘检测进行研究,并对边缘直线检测和平滑滤波的方法进行比较,仿真结果表明,采用最小二乘法拟合的基于Canny算子边缘检测的直线较质心法更为精确。直线拟合精度提升了4.12%,MTF整体均值提高了0.5792%。At present,the optical modulation transfer function(MTF) imaging quality standard is often used to evaluate an optical imaging system,and the edge method is widely used to obtain MTF.In the digital image processing of the edge method,the edge detection of the measured image is particularly important.Researching the conventional centroid algorithm and the edge detection based on the Canny operator,the method of edge straight line detection and methods to filter smoothly are Compared.The simulation results show that the straight line based on Canny operator edge detection using the least squares method is more accurate than the centroid method.The linear fitting accuracy is increased by 4.12%,and the overall mean of MTF is increased by 0.579 2%.
