教育信息化背景下教师核心素养的重构

摘　　要：随着信息化背景下核心素养的提出,教育教学的工作模式已经发生了根本性的转变。在过去,大多数的教育教学是在校园围墙中开展的封闭式教学。现代教育教学工作主要是依靠科技手段开展的开放式教学,时代的变化赋予教师新的定义。基于此,首先,探讨了教师核心素养的内容和体系分类;其次,分析了教育信息化背景下对教师核心素养的要求,并从教育信息化的角度探讨了提高教师核心素养所面临的机遇与挑战;最后,从教师和学校的角度,提出在教育信息化背景下提高高校教师核心素养的方法。With the introduction of core literacy under the background of informatization,the working mode of education and teaching has undergone a fundamental change.In the past,most education was taught in closed schools within campus walls.Modern education and teaching work is mainly based on open teaching by means of science and technology.The changes of the times have given teachers a new definition.Based on this,this paper first discusses the content and system classification of teachers’core literacy,then analyzes the requirements for teachers’core literacy in the context of educational informatization,and discusses the opportunities and challenges to improve teachers’core literacy from the perspective of educational informatization.Finally,from the perspectives of teachers and schools,the methods to improve the core literacy of college teachers under the background of educational informatization are proposed.
