摘　　要：考虑到数字追溯潜在的可持续发展价值,本文以来自中国四个可追溯体系建设示范地区的385家食品企业为研究样本,检验数字追溯与可持续发展绩效改善之间的关系;并基于动态能力理论,以动态能力为中介机制,探索动态能力在上述二者关系中的中介作用。采用层级回归分析和中介效应检验方法,本文实证结果表明:食品企业的数字追溯实践对经济绩效、环境绩效和社会绩效均有显著的正向影响;数字追溯在促进可持续发展绩效改进的过程中,受到动态能力的中介作用;其中,数字追溯对经济绩效和环境绩效的影响存在部分中介效应,对社会绩效的影响存在完全中介效应。Considering the potential sustainable development value of digital traceability,this paper examines the relationship between digital traceability and sustainable development performance improvement using 385 food firms from four demonstration areas of traceability system construction in China as the research sample.Furthermore,it also explores the mediating role of dynamic capability in the above-mentioned relationship based on the theory of dynamic capability.Using the hierarchical regression analysis and mediating effect tests,the results show that the digital traceability practice of food firms has a significant positive impact on economic performance,environmental performance and social performance,respectively.Moreover,digital traceability of firms is mediated by dynamic capability in promoting sustainable development performance improvement;among them,there is a partial mediating effect on the impact of digital traceability on economic performance and environmental performance,whereas a full mediating effect on the impact on social performance.
