摘  要:遗传学是植物生产类专业的核心基础课程,而遗传学实验则是遗传学教学的重要构成部分,其内容更新迅速、实践性强。为提高学生创新能力和实践能力,结合植物生产类专业特点,构建了线上线下、课堂内外相结合、全程参与式的遗传学实验教学新模式和全程过程化考核体系。通过教改实践,激发了学生的学习热情和科研兴趣,提高了学生遗传学研究的专业技能,取得了良好的教学效果。该教学模式为高校“双一流”建设培养实践型、创新型人才打下了坚实的基础。Genetics is the core course for plant production specialty,and genetics experiment is an important part.It has the characteristics of rapid development and strong practicality.To improve students’innovation capability and practical ability,we fully considered professional features of plant production sciences and built a novel teaching model of genetics experiment with the characteristics of online and offline activities,inside and outside the classroom,full-course participation and a whole-process assessment system.This kind of teaching reform and experience inspired students’hobbies and interests of both study and scientific research,improved their professional skills in genetics and achieved excellent teaching effect.Therefore,the novel teaching model laid a solid foundation to cultivate students with the ability of practice and innovation in“double first-class”construction of colleges and universities.
