摘 要:骨桥蛋白又称为分泌型磷酸化糖蛋白1,是最先在骨基质中提取出的一种磷蛋白,在人体由人的SPP1基因编码;在小鼠则由SPP1配对物编码。骨桥蛋白存在于所有的体液和细胞外基质中,广泛分布在人体上皮、心脏、骨骼、牙齿等多个组织器官。骨桥蛋白是一种多功能的分泌型糖蛋白,参与疾病形成和发展所需的多种生理病理过程。近年来,一些研究表明,骨桥蛋白的血清水平在宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌中均较高,且在不同的病理类型中有着明显差异。宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,其标准治疗方法是外科手术切除和全身化疗,虽然在很大程度上延缓了疾病的发展,其预后仍然较差,并且现有的肿瘤标记物特异性较低。因此,亟需深入研究妇科恶性肿瘤发展的分子机制以找到靶向治疗的新思路以及为疾病的早期诊断和生存预后寻找新的标记物。本文主要对骨桥蛋白的分子生物学功能以及在妇科肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。Osteopontin,also known as secretory phosphorylated glycoprotein 1,is the first phospho-protein extracted from bone matrix,and is encoded by human SPP1 gene in human body;In mice,SPP1 was encoded.Osteopontin is widely distributed in human epithelium,heart,bone,teeth and other tissues and organs,which are found in all body fluids and extracellular matrix.Osteopontin is a multifunctional secretory glycoprotein,which is involved in the physiological and pathologica-l processes needed for the formation and development of diseases.In recent years,some studies have shown that the serum level of osteopontin is higher in cervical cancer,ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer,and there are significant differences in different pathological types.Cervical cancer,ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer are common gynecologic malignancies.The stand-ard treatment methods of gynecologic tumors are surgical resection and systemic chemotherapy.Although the development of the disease is delayed to a great extent,the prognosis is still poor and the specificity of the existing tumor markers is not strong.Therefore,it is urgent to deeply study the molecular mechanism of gynecological malignant tumor development in order to find new ideas of targeted therapy and new markers for early diagnosis and survival prognosis of the disease This paper mainly reviews the molecular biological function of osteopontin and the progress in gynecologic tumor.
