摘　　要：修订《职业教育法》是我国职业教育法治化进程中的重大事件,不仅是完善法律体系的重要体现,更是解决改革发展难题、适应社会发展形势、回应社会重大关切的重要体现,深深打上了时代发展的烙印。总的来看,全国人大常委会曾三次将《职业教育法》修订列入五年立法规划,即:2008年、2013年和2018年,第十一届、第十二届、第十三届全国人大常委会将《职业教育法》修订列入五年立法规划,修订历程反反复复、曲曲折折,耗时之长在国内修法史上少见,但作为立法的一种表现形式,对《职业教育法》的修订是对其生命的延续和再造。系统回顾和梳理《职业教育法》修订过程,详细挖掘、记录与剖析《职业教育法》修订的重要时间节点、重要事件、重要活动、重要组织机构、重要观点等,提出修订《职业教育法》是解决改革发展难题、回应社会重大关切的重要体现,深深打上了时代发展的烙印。The revision of the“Vocational Education Law”is a significant event in the process of legalization of vocational education in China.It is not only an important embodiment of improving the legal system,but also an important embodiment of solving the problems of reform and development,adapting to the situation of social development,and responding to major social concerns,which is deeply branded with the development of the times.In general,the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress has included the revision of the Vocational Education Law into the five-year legislative plan three times,that is,in 2008,2013 and 2018,and the 11th,12th and 13th standing committees of the National People’s Congress have included the revision of the vocational education law in the five-year legislative plan.The revision of the Education Law is the continuation and reconstruction of its life.Systematically review and sort out the revision process of the“Vocational Education Law”,excavate,record and analyze in detail the important time nodes,events,activities,organizations and viewpoints of the revision of the“Vocational Education Law”,and propose to amend the“Vocational Education Law”is an important manifestation of solving the problems of reform and development and responding to major social concerns,and has been deeply marked by the development of the times.
