摘 要:目的了解三甲综合医院护士压力性损伤知识的培训现状及需求调查。方法采用自行设计的压力性损伤知识培训现状及需求调查问卷对上海市4家三甲综合医院的604名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士对压力性损伤治疗知识的需求度最高,对于定义和基础知识的需求度最低;491(81.3%)名护士曾接受过压力性损伤知识的教育培训;451名(91.6%)护士的培训地点为所在工作单位;347名(57.5%)护士认为培训应以每年一次为周期;310名(51.3%)护士偏向选择中午培训;410名(67.9%)护士认为临床实践训练是最佳学习方式;培训时长是参加培训最关键的影响因素。结论护士对压力性损伤治疗的相关知识具有一定的教育需求,医院应根据调研结果调整培训内容及方案,以提高培训效果。Objective To investigate the training status and demand survey of nurses'knowledge of pressure injuries in tertiary general hospitals.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 604 nurses in four tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai.Results Nurses had the highest demand for knowledge of treatment of pressure injuries,and the lowest demand for definition and basic knowledge.Four hundred and ninety-one(81.3%)nurses had received the education and training of stress injury.Four hundred and fifty-one(91.6%)nurses were trained in their work units.Three hundred and forty-seven nurses(57.5%)believed that training should be conducted once a year as a cycle.Three hundred and ten nurses(51.3%)preferred noon training.Four hundred and ten nurses(67.9%)believed that clinical practice training was the best way to learn.Training duration was the most critical factor affecting the participation in training.Conclusions Nurses have a certain educational needs for the knowledge of treatment of pressure injuries.Hospitals should adjust the training contents and programs according to the results to improve the training efficiency.
