摘 要:通过3DN C/SiC复合材料的开孔试样进行扭转试验的数字图像相关技术分析,研究损伤与应变的关系及最大应变处。在实验中利用MTS拉扭疲劳试验机对试样施加不同比例的扭转载荷,研究材料在耦合应力状态下的力学行为与失效机制。通过对材料的断口分析,探究材料在扭转性能测试过程中内部结构的变化。结果表明扭转载荷作用下,材料的应变并不均匀,随着损伤的不断累积,最大应变位置处先发生断裂。The DIC analysis of the torsion test was carried out on the open-hole specimen of the 3DN C/SiC composite material to study the relationship between the damage and the strain and the location of maximum strain.In the experiment,the MTS tensile and torsion fatigue testing machine was used to apply different proportions of torsional load to the specimen to study the mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of the material under the coupled stress state.Through the fracture analysis of the material,the change of the internal structure of the material during the torsional performance test was explored.The results show that under the torsional load,the strain of the material is not uniform.With the damage continues to accumulate,fracture occurs first at the position of maximum strain.
