摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,“形势与政策”课是大学生思想政治理论课必修课程,办好思想政治理论课关键在教师。通过“形势与政策大讲堂”整合高端师资资源,推动整体教师队伍建设,增强课程的针对性、实效性和吸引力,提升教学效果。Moral education,the fundamental task of higher education,is crucially implemented through the ideological and political theory courses,among which“Situation and Policy”is established as a compulsory course for college students to study on the ideological and political theories.The lecturers play a significant role in the quality of the course and it is believed in this study that integrating high-end teacher resources through Situation and Policy Forums and Lectures for students can promote the overall team construction of faculties,enhance the relevance,effectiveness and attractiveness of the course,and improve the teaching effect.
