浅谈资产评估机构新业务拓展的若干问题

摘　　要：资产评估行业的新业务拓展既是资产评估行业自身发展的需要,也是资产评估行业作为现代高端服务业之一实现服务社会经济目标的要求。资产评估行业的新业务来源于评估机构自身业务沉淀、资源禀赋和市场需求的有机结合,具有更加市场化、更注重专业意见本身的价值、对从业人员技能要求更高的特点。资产评估机构应改变服务理念、建立人才梯队、调整组织架构,以适应新业务拓展的需求。The new business expansion is not only the need for the development of the asset appraisal industry itself,but also the requirement for the industry,as one of the modern high-end service industries,to achieve the goal of supporting economic development.The new business comes from the organic combination of the appraisal institution’s own business precipitations,resource endowments and market demands.Compared with the traditional asset appraisal business,the new business has the characteristics of being more market-oriented,paying more attention to the value of professional opinions themselves,and requiring higher skills of practitioners.According to the author’s practice,asset appraisal institutions should change service concepts,establish talent echelons,and adjust organizational structure to meet the needs of new business expansion.
