摘　　要：神经肌肉疾病易于合并睡眠呼吸障碍,早期诊断和干预睡眠呼吸障碍对慢性神经肌肉疾病的管理具有重要价值。本文回顾分析了神经肌肉疾病患者合并睡眠呼吸障碍的机制、临床表现、诊断方法及治疗进展。近年来虽然便携式睡眠监测设备不断发展,但对此类患者的诊断价值尚未完全明确,仍需要更多的关注和研究。Sleep-disordered breathing(SDB)occurs frequently in neuromuscular disease(NMD)patients,and early diagnosis and treatment of which are of great value in the management of NMD.We reviewed the advances in pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnostic and treatment modalities of SDB in NMD.It is noteworthy that although the development of portable sleep monitoring devices is ongoing,the diagnostic value of them for such patients has not been fully clarified,and more attention and further research are still needed.
