摘  要:为实现针对纸机蒸煮锅上下温差的有效控制,提出了一套BP神经网络与PID控制器相结合的温度控制算法,基于造纸机蒸煮锅升温保温系统的基本流程提出了PID控制方案,并利用BP神经网络对于PID控制器中的主要参数进行自动调整。经实验研究发现,基于BP神经网络的PID控制算法能够有效缩小锅顶温度与锅底温度之间的差距。In order to realize the effective control of the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the paper machine cooking pot,a temperature control algorithm combining BP neural network and PID controller is proposed in this study.Based on the basic process of the heating and insulation system of the paper machine cooking pot,a PID control scheme is proposed,and the BP neural network is used to automatically adjust the main parameters of the PID controller.Through experimental research,it is found that the PID control algorithm based on BP neural network designed in this research can effectively narrow the gap between the top temperature and the bottom temperature.
