摘　　要：湖南农民大学生创业教育主要依托专业开设创业课程,通过运行创业设计网络课,组建教学团队等形式来落实,取得了良好效果。但随着创业教育的开展与环境的变化,出现了“教学资源陈旧、教师职责难以落实、教学组织仍有缺陷”等问题。运用系统分析理论,结合调研分析,提出了“更新教学内容、落实教师职责和科学组织教学”等优化创业教育的建议。Entrepreneurship education of Hunan Peasant college students mainly relies on the specialty to set up entrepreneur⁃ship courses,which is implemented by running entrepreneurship design network courses and establishing teaching teams,and has achieved good results.However,with the development of entrepreneurship education and the change of environment,there are some problems,such as"outdated teaching resources,difficult implementation of teachers'responsibilities,and defects in teaching organization".Using the theory of system analysis,combined with investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize entrepreneurship education,such as"updating teaching contents,implementing teachers'respon⁃sibilities and scientifically organizing teaching".
