再论习近平生态文明思想的原创性贡献

摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想以“生态兴则文明兴”的历史洞察和历史选择回答了“为什么建设生态文明”,对实现中华民族永续发展、满足人民日益增长的优美生态环境需要、开创社会主义生态文明新时代作出积极回应;以构建生命共同体和人类命运共同体的价值追求回答了“建设什么样的生态文明”,致力于实现人与自然、人与人关系的和解和谐;通过顶层设计、制定原则、构建生态文明体系谋篇布局“绿水青山就是金山银山”的实践发展,回答了“怎样建设生态文明”。习近平生态文明思想形成了全新的生态历史观、整体价值观和绿色发展观,体现了逻辑与历史、理论与实践、观念与行动、战略与战术的高度统一,是对马克思主义历史观、价值观、发展观的原创性贡献。Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought answers the question that“why we are to build ecological civilization”by the historical view of“ecological prosperity leading to cultural prosperity”,which responds to realizing the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,meeting the growing needs of the people for a beautiful ecological environment,and creating a new era of socialist ecological civilization.It answers the question that“what kind of ecological civilization we are to build”by constructing the life community and the human community with a shared future,trying to realize the reconciliation and harmony between man and nature,between man and man.It answers the question that“how we are to build ecological civilization”by the green development view of“green mountains and clear water being equal to mountains of gold and silver”.The new ecological historical view,holistic values and green development view which represent the high uniform of logic and history,theory and practice,ideas and actions,strategy and tactics make an original contribution to Marxism.
