摘  要:研究居民住宅室内空气污染的程度和变化特征,对保障居住者的身心健康具有重要意义。于2016~2021年对合肥市新装修的178户719个独立房间的普通居民住宅室内空气中甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯和放射性氡等五项污染指标进行了调查与分析,结果表明:合肥市居民住宅室内空气中甲醛的超标率为31.4%,苯为1.5%,甲苯为2.4%,二甲苯为6.7%,氡无超标,室内空气污染物以甲醛为主。甲醛的年均浓度范围为0.03~0.15 mg/m^(3),超标率范围为6.8%~49.6%,Spearman检验显示其年际变化呈现明显的下降趋势(r_(s)=-0.899),而苯、甲苯、二甲苯和氡的年际变化并不明显,总体室内空气质量有所好转。卧室和书房的甲醛污染相较于客厅严重,而苯系物在不同类型的房间中差异不明显。Studying the concentration and variation characteristics of indoor air pollutants of residential buildings is of great significance to safeguard people’s health.In order to understand the state of indoor air pollution of residential buildings in Hefei city,indoor air samples were collected from 719 rooms of 178 residential buildings which were redecorated in less than 12 months and the concentration of formaldehyde,benzene,toluene,xylene and radon were investigated from January 2016 to December 2021.The results showed that the exceeding standard rate of formaldehyde was 31.4%;benzene was 1.5%;toluene was 2.4%;xylene was 6.7% and radon was 0%.Formaldehyde was the main factor of indoor air pollution in Hefei city.The average annual concentration ranges of formaldehyde were 0.03~0.15 mg/m^(3) and the over standard rate range was 6.8%~49.6%.The inter-annual concentration of formaldehyde showed an obvious downward trend,while the other four indicators were not obvious based on Spearman correlation coefficient.Indoor formaldehyde pollution in the bedroom and study room was more serious than that in the living room,while BTEX in different types of rooms was not obvious.
