摘 要:运动技能水平和体育教育教学能力是衡量体育教育专业人才培养质量的重要指标,而高校体育教育专业人才培养过程中普遍存在运动技能学习和体育教学理论学习彼此分离的现象,运动技能课程侧重于提高学生的专项技能,体育教学理论课程往往与实践联系不够,无法达到提高学生体育教育教学能力的效果。该文通过文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析体育教育教学能力的内涵及培养过程中存在的问题,探究以运动技能课程为平台提升学生体育教育教学能力的路径,更新运动技能课程教学理念,不仅要提高学生的运动技能水平,而且要让学生会教运动技能,并实现以体育人;改革运动技能课程教学内容和目标,把掌握运动技能教学方法纳入运动技能课程教学目标中;改革运动技能课程教学模式,通过模拟中小学体育课教学,引导学生围绕教法展开课堂讨论分析,实现课堂翻转;改革运动技能课程教学评价,将学生体育教育教学能力考核纳入其中。Sports skill level and physical education teaching ability are important indicators to measure the training quality of physical education professionals.However,in the process of cultivating physical education professionals in colleges and universities,there is a common phenomenon that sports skill learning and physical education teaching theory learning are separated from each other.Sports skill courses only focus on how to improve students'special skills,and physical education teaching theory courses are often not connected with practice enough to improve students'physical education teaching ability.Through literature,logical analysis and other research methods,this paper analyzes the connotation of physical education teaching ability and the problems existing in the training process,and explores the path to improve students'physical education teaching ability based on the sports skill curriculum,including changing the teaching concept of sports skill curriculum,which not only improves students'sports skill level,but also enables students to teach sports skills,and can realize educate people with sports;Reform the teaching contents and objectives of sports skills course,and bring the mastery of sports skills teaching methods into the teaching objectives of sports skills course;Reform the teaching mode of sports skills course,guide students to carry out classroom discussion and analysis around teaching methods by simulating the teaching of physical education in primary and secondary schools,and realize classroom flipping;Reform the teaching evaluation of sports skills course,and include the assessment of students'physical education teaching ability.
