摘 要:该研究从高校健美操教学的实际出发,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法对健美操课程思政内容展开理论研究,运用教学实验法对教学设计进行验证。得出如下结论:学生在健美操选项课中能够获得思政元素,并能应用于学习生活中,实验组学生的技能水平高于对照组,说明健美操课程思政教学设计及应用,可以达到学思双修的目的,建议体育教师根据教学实际,结合自身教学风格和教学内容进行课程思政。Starting from the reality of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities,this paper uses the methods of literature and expert interviews to carry out theoretical research on the ideological and political content of aerobics courses,and uses the teaching experiment method to verify the teaching design.The following conclusions are drawn:Students can obtain ideological and political elements in aerobics optional courses,and can be applied to study and life.The skill level of students in the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,which shows that the design and application of ideological and political teaching in Aerobics courses can achieve the purpose of learning and thinking.It is suggested that PE teachers should carry out ideological and political teaching according to their own teaching style and teaching content according to the actual teaching.
