摘　　要：目的:探讨经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)方案对原发性肝癌介入治疗患者甲胎蛋白(AFP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)表达水平及生存质量的影响。方法:选择江门市中心医院于2018年1月至2020年12月收治的中晚期原发性肝癌介入治疗患者66例,对所有患者均给予TACE进行治疗,对比治疗前后其血清AFP、γ-GT的表达水平、生存质量评分及治疗的有效率。结果:治疗后,治疗效果为完全缓解的患者占0.00%(0/66),为部分缓解的患者占7.57%(5/66),为稳定的患者占63.64%(42/66),为无效或进展的患者占28.79%(19/66),治疗的有效率为71.21%(47/66)。治疗后,患者血清AFP、γ-GT的表达水平均较治疗前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者的功能领域评分较治疗前显著提高,症状领域评分较治疗前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为原发性肝癌患者采用TACE方案进行治疗能够有效改善其血清AFP、γ-GT的表达水平,提高其肝功能及生存质量,延长其生存时间。Objective:To investigate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)on the expression levels of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)andγ-glutamyl transpeptidease(γ-GT)and quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy.Methods:Sixty-six patients with advanced primary liver cancer treated with interventional therapy in Jiangmen Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected.All patients were treated with TACE.The expression levels of serum AFP andγ-GT,quality of life score and treatment effective rate were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,patients with complete response accounted for 0.00%(0/66),patients with partial response accounted for 7.57%(5/66),patients with stable response accounted for 63.64%(42/66),patients with ineffective or progressive treatment accounted for 28.79%(19/66),and the effective rate was 71.21%(47/66).After treatment,the expression levels of AFP andγ-GT in serum of patients were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the functional domain score of patients was significantly improved,and the symptom domain score was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TACE regimen can effectively improve the expression levels of serum AFP andγ-GT,improve liver function and quality of life,and prolong the survival time of patients with primary liver cancer.
