摘  要:过敏性疾病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,受到社会公众、医务与环境工作者的广泛关注。环境因素是过敏性疾病发病与发展过程中极其重要的因素,研究表明室内过敏原如尘螨、真菌、花粉等可引发和加剧过敏个体的过敏症状如哮喘等,室内环境过敏原检测可以评估室内环境中过敏原含量,进一步提供干预措施,为个体化防治过敏性疾病提供重要依据。尘螨、真菌、花粉检测方法有很多,但室内环境中过敏原检测与处理的方法及相关标准尚无推荐,都亟待规范。本共识以室内环境过敏原(尘螨、真菌、花粉)检测相关的常见问题为导向,查阅相关文献,整合多学科专家意见,达成共识,形成室内环境中尘螨、真菌、花粉相关检测及处理方法的共识与建议。The incidence of allergic diseases is on the rise year by year,which has been widely concerned by the public,medical and environmental workers.Environmental factors is very important in the process of allergic disease onset and development of the factors,studies have shown that indoor allergens such as dust mites,fungi,such as pollen can cause and aggravate allergic individual allergies such as asthma,allergen indoor environment monitoring can evaluate the allergen content in indoor environment,further to provide intervention measures,provide important basis for individualized prevention and treatment of allergic disease.There are many methods for the detection of dust mites,fungi and pollen,but there is no recommendation for the detection and treatment of allergens in indoor environment and relevant standards.This consensus is guided by the common problems related to the detection of indoor allergens(dust mites,fungi and pollen).Related literatures are reviewed and multidisciplinary expert opinions are integrated to reach a consensus and suggestions for the detection and treatment of dust mites,fungi and pollen in indoor environment.
