摘 要:为进一步揭示不同激素信号对葡萄冬芽萌发的影响,以酿酒葡萄‘赤霞珠’一年生枝条为试材,通过用生长素(ICA)、赤霉素(GA_(7))、脱落酸(ABA)、2,3,5-三碘苯甲酸(TIBA)、多效唑(paclobutrazol)、氟啶酮(fluridone)分别处理冬芽,以清水处理(CK)为对照,研究了不同激素对葡萄萌芽率、芽发育形态以及8个生理指标的影响。结果显示,在冬芽休眠解除过程中,ICA处理组的生理指标成分含量与CK接近;多效唑与氟啶酮处理组生理指标成分含量接近;TIBA处理提高了H_(2)O_(2)含量,使超氧阴离子含量显著下降,SOD酶活性和淀粉含量上升,果糖含量下降,冬芽萌芽率上升;GA_(7)处理下,H_(2)O_(2)和果糖含量下降,SOD酶活性降低,超氧阴离子、淀粉、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量上升,冬芽的萌发受到抑制。以上结果表明,TIBA对葡萄冬芽的萌发有明显的促进作用,而GA_(7)对冬芽的萌发表现出抑制作用,相关结果为深入挖掘葡萄冬芽萌发调控的关键路径奠定了基础。In order to further reveal the influence of different hormone signals on grape winter bud germination,annual branches of'Cabernet Sauvignon'were used as test materials in this study.Winter buds were treated with auxin(ICA),gibberellin(GA_(7)),abscisic acid(ABA)and their corresponding inhibitors 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid(TIBA),paclobutrazol,fluridone,respectively,effects of different hormones on the germination rate,buddevelopment morphology and eight internal physiological indexes were investigated.The results showed that,in the process of dormancy release of winter buds,the content of physiological index components in ICA treatment group was close to that of CK,the contents of physiological indexes in paclobutrazole and fludidone treatment groups were close to each other;TIBA treatment increased H_(2)O_(2) content,OFR content decreased significantly,SOD enzyme activity,starch content and germination rate of winter buds increased,fructose content decreased;Treated by GA_(7) treatment,the content of starch,soluble sugar,soluble protein and OFR increased;SOD enzyme activity,content of H_(2)O_(2) and fructose decreased,which inhibited germination of winter buds.The above results showed that TIBA treatment,significantly promoted winter buds germination,while GA_(7) treatment inhibited winter buds germination.The relevant results laid a theoretical foundation for further exploring the key path of grapevine winter bud germination regulation.
