摘　　要：作为一种新兴的教学方法,对分课堂能够有效发挥案例教学和传统课堂教学二者的优势。对分课堂强调课堂讨论,师生、生生之间的交流和讨论有助于提高学生的创新能力、思辨能力和自主学习能力,培养学生良好的求知精神与合作意识,促使教与学实现双向互动。文章以公共部门人力资源管理课程为例,探究对分课堂在公共事业管理专业课程教学中的应用。As a new teaching method,PAD classroom can effectively give play to the advantages of case teaching and traditional classroom teaching.It emphasizes classroom discussion,through the communication and discus⁃sion between teachers and students,helps to improve students’ability of innovation,critical thinking and inde⁃pendent initiative,cultivates students to form a good spirit of knowledge seeking and cooperation consciousness,and promotes the two-way interaction between teaching and learning.Taking the course of Human Resource Man⁃agement in Public Sector as an example,this paper expounds the application of PAD classroom in the teaching mode of the public administration major.
