摘 要:以短玻纤增强聚酰胺6制备的汽车座椅调角器注塑件为研究对象,使用Moldex3D软件对调角器注塑件进行注射成型仿真,以熔体温度、模具温度、最大保压压力百分比、保压时间和充填时间为设计工艺参数,以翘曲变形量和体积收缩率为质量优化目标,设计五因素五水平正交试验方案,利用极差分析分别得到了调角器注塑件翘曲变形量和体积收缩率各自的最优工艺参数组合,最终得到的注塑件翘曲变形量和体积收缩率的最优工艺参数组合为:熔体温度265℃,模具温度70℃,最大保压压力百分比为98%,保压时间8.4 s,充填时间为1.6 s,此时最大翘曲变形量为1.470 mm,最大体积收缩率为8.106%,相比初始设计分别减少了23.95%和11.89%,两个质量优化目标都得到明显改善。通过方差分析研究了各设计工艺参数对调角器注塑件翘曲变形量、体积收缩率的影响,发现最大保压压力百分比、熔体温度和模具温度对翘曲变形量和体积收缩率的影响显著。Taking the injection molded parts of the automobile seat recliner made of short glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 as the research object,the injection molding simulation of the recliner injection molded parts was carried out by using Moldex3D software.The melt temperature,mold temperature,maximum holding pressure percentage,holding time and filling time were taken as the design process parameters,and the warpage deformation and volume shrinkage were taken as the quality optimization objectives.The orthogonal test scheme of five factors and five levels was designed.The optimal process parameter combinations of warpage deformation and volume shrinkage of the injection molded parts of the recliner were obtained by range analysis,and the optimal process parameter combinations of warpage deformation and volume shrinkage of the injection molded parts were obtained as follows:the melt temperature is 265℃,the mold temperature is 70℃,the maximum holding pressure percentage is 98%,the holding time is 8.4 s,and the filling time is 1.6 s.At this time,the maximum warpage deformation is 1.470 mm,and the maximum volume shrinkage is 8.106%,which are reduced by 23.95%and 11.89%respectively compared with the initial design,and the two quality optimization goals are significantly improved.Through analysis of variance,the influence of design process parameters on the warpage deformation and volume shrinkage of the recliner injection parts was studied.It is found the maximum holding pressure percentage,the melt temperature and the mold temperature have significant influence on the warpage deformation and volume shrinkage.
