摘  要:专业认知失调是护生对所学专业的认识和理解与原有认知不一致时产生的不舒适的感觉、不愉快的体验,会导致护生专业情感消极,专业学习积极性不高,专业认同感低,影响未来护理队伍的稳定性,造成护理人力资源流失。我们对认知失调的概念、护生专业认知失调的现状与表现、影响因素进行综述,并提出改善专业认知失调的对策,旨在引起各护理院校及其相关人员对护生专业认知失调的重视,并为国内开展护生专业认知失调的相关研究提供参考。The professional cognitive dissonance refers to the uncomfortable feeling and unpleasant experience generated when nursing students’cognition and understanding of their major are inconsistent with the original cognition.It will lead to negative professional emotion,low enthusiasm for professional learning,low professional identity of nursing students,affect the stability of the future nursing team and cause the loss of nursing human resources.We summarize the concept of cognitive dissonance,the status quo and performance of professional cognitive dissonance among nursing students,and influencing factors,and put forward countermeasures to improve the professional cognitive dissonance,aiming to arouse the attention of nursing colleges and their related personnel to nursing students’professional cognitive dissonance,and provide reference for the relevant research on professional cognitive dissonance of nursing students in China.
