摘  要:建立了QuEChERS/液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱测定禽蛋中泰妙菌素、8-α-羟基妙林和沃尼妙林的方法。考察了不同提取剂和吸附剂的提取、净化效果。最优条件为2%乙酸-乙腈提取、C_(18)/GCB为吸附剂净化处理。提取液在C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,3.5μm)进行分离,正离子模式下多反应监测(MRM)检测,泰妙菌素、8-α-羟基妙林和沃尼妙林的检出限分别为0.10 ng/kg,13.8μg/kg和0.10 ng/kg,加标回收率分别为89.6%~121.2%,87.5%~127.8%和84.9%~106.7%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)分别为0.8%~7.2%,1.1%~8.4%和1.2%~11.0%。方法成功用于鸡蛋、鹌鹑蛋、鸭蛋中3种化合物的测定。A method based on QuEChERS/liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)for simultaneous determination of tiamulin,8-α-hydroxymulin and valnemulin in eggs was developed.The effects of extraction solvents and adsorbents were optimized.Under the optimum conditions of acetic acid-acetonitrile including 2%and C_(18)/GCB mixed adsorbent,the extracts were analyzed by LC-MS/MS under positive ionization mode using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).The detection limits of tiamulin,8-α-hydroxymulin,and vornemulin were 0.10 ng/kg,13.8μg/kg and 0.10 ng/kg,while the recoveries were 89.6%-121.2%,87.5%-127.8%and 84.9%-106.7%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.8%-7.2%,1.1%-8.4%and 1.2%-11.0%,respectively.The developed method has been successfully applied to detect tiamulin,8-α-hydroxymulin and valnemulin in several kinds of eggs.
