后疫情时代中医学生人文精神培养的思考

摘　　要：培养什么样的人一直是教育工作者思考的问题。对于中医学教育而言,在人才培养的过程中一直强调临床技能的提升,相较而言人文情怀的塑造可能无意识的弱化了。2019年末突如其来的新冠疫情,严重影响了人们的正常生活,在疫情面前医护人员闻令而动、冲锋在前,谱写了一曲曲动人的赞歌,涌现了一批批的抗疫英雄。武汉疫情过后,作为医务工作者会反思公共卫生体系的不足;作为医学教育工作者,我们应从人才培养的角度思考怎么借助这段特殊的经历来加强中医学生的人文精神教育。文章就中医学生人文教育过程中遇到的困难、此次疫情中的人文精神、人文教育的新方式3个方面来谈谈疫情后对中医学生人文精神培养的一些思考。What kind of people to cultivate has always been a problem for educators.For the education of traditional Chinese medicine,in the process of personnel training,we emphasized the improvement of clinical skills and unconsciously ignored the shaping of humanistic feelings.The sudden arrival of COVID-19 in late 2019 has seriously affected people’s normal life.In front of the epidemic,a number of anti-epidemic heroes have emerged.After the epidemic,as medical workers,we reflect on the shortcomings of the public health system.While as medical educators,drawing support from the special experience,we should also consider how to strengthen the humanistic spirit education of Chinese medicine students.The following three aspects were discussed in this paper:the difficulties encountered in the process of humanistic education of students of traditional Chinese medicine,the humanistic spirit in the epidemic,and the new way of humanistic education of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine.
