摘 要:目的探析急诊病房护理带教中应用人际沟通理论的效果。方法选择2018年1月-2020年12月广州中医药大学第一附属医院急诊病房的护理人员共计46名作为观察对象,在带教中引入人际沟通理论,对比观察带教护理前后护患关系建立情况,对比护理人员的焦虑情况。结果相比于带教前,带教后的患者满意评分更高,护理人员焦虑评分明显更低,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊病房护理带教中应用人际沟通理论,更有利建立良好护患关系,减轻护理人员的焦虑感。Objective To explore the effect of applying interpersonal communication theory in nursing teaching in emergency ward.Methods A total of 46 nurses in the emergency ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects.The interpersonal communication theory was introduced into the teaching,and the establishment of nurse patient relationship before and after the teaching was compared,and the anxiety of the nurses was solved.Results Compared with before teaching,the satisfaction score of patients after teaching was higher,the anxiety score of nursing staff was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interpersonal communication theory in nursing teaching in emergency ward is more conducive to establish a good nurse patient relationship and reduce the anxiety of nursing staff.
