加减身痛逐瘀汤联合普瑞巴林治疗卒中后丘脑痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加减身痛逐瘀汤联合普瑞巴林治疗卒中后丘脑痛的效果。方法选取卒中后丘脑痛患者93例,按照不同的治疗方案分为研究组和对照组。对照组(44例)仅给予普瑞巴林治疗,研究组(49例)联合加减身痛逐瘀汤治疗,比较2组VAS疼痛评分、临床疗效、焦虑评分、抑郁评分及不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组焦虑、抑郁评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加减身痛逐瘀汤联合普瑞巴林治疗卒中后丘脑痛临床效果显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善患者抑郁、焦虑情绪。Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with Pregabalin in the treatment of post-stroke thalamic pain.Methods Ninety-three patients with post-stroke thalamic pain were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment plans.The control group(44 cases)was treated with pregabalin only,and the study group(49 cases)was treated with modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with Pregabalin.The visual analog scores,clinical effects,anxiety scores,depression scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with Pregabalin in the treatment of post-stroke thalamic pain has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively relieve the pain of the patient and improve the depression and anxiety of the patient.
