摘  要:为提高肿瘤护理用的排痰器的可靠性与稳定性,通过以ATmega328单片机作为微处理器,ACS712芯片为电流检测保护系统,2片BTS7970芯片搭建全桥电路进行驱动,采用C语言结合模块化思想编写软件,并利用增量式PID控制算法控制电机PWM波占空比,实现对振动频率的调节,设计了一种振动型肿瘤患者护理用排痰器。测试结果表明,所设计的排痰器硬件选型合理,软件功能正常执行效率高,整机可正常运行,且治疗频率与设定频率接近,误差满足行业标准要求,具有一定的可靠性和稳定性。In order to improve the reliability and stability of sputum ejector for tumor nursing,atmega328 single chip microcomputer is used as microprocessor,acs712 chip is used as current detection and protection system,and two bts7970 chips are used to build full bridge circuit for driving.The software is written in C language combined with modular idea,and the incremental PID control algorithm is used to control the duty cycle of motor PWM wave to realize the adjustment of vibration frequency,A vibrating sputum ejector for nursing cancer patients was designed.The test results show that the hardware selection of the designed sputum ejector is reasonable,the software function is normal,the execution efficiency is high,the whole machine can run normally,the treatment frequency is close to the set frequency,the error meets the requirements of industry standards,and has certain reliability and stability.
