摘  要:介绍了马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司(简称马钢)65 t转炉硅热法补偿终点温度的技术,通过向钢水中加入2.75~2.98 kg/t硅铁合金,并以0.73~0.97℃/s升温速率向熔池吹氧,利用硅与氧气反应放热,达到快速补偿转炉终点温度的目的,实现了“保碳出钢”。与传统补吹工艺相比,转炉终点平均脱碳率下降0.03%/min,氧含量平均下降6.697 8×10,钢铁料消耗平均下降45.39 kg/t,为转炉低成本、高效率冶炼生产提供保障。The process of compensating for the end temperature by the silicothermic method in a 65 t converter of Masteel is introduced.By adding 2.75~2.98 kg/t ferrosilicon alloy to the molten steel with oxygen blast at a heating rate of 0.73~0.97℃/s,and using the exothermic reaction of silicon with oxygen,the molten steel temperature in the molten pool is rapidly increased,and the“carbon retaining tapping”is realized.Compared with the traditional supplementary blowing process,the end point average decarburization rate of the converter is reduced by 0.03%/min,oxygen content is decreased by 6.697 8×10,and the steel material consumption is reduced by 45.39 kg/t,which provides a guarantee for the low-cost and high-efficiency smelting production of the converter.
