服刑人员中男性艾滋病患者的生存质量及相关因素

摘　　要：目的:调查服刑人员中的男性艾滋病患者(包含HIV/AIDS患者)的生存质量现状及其相关因素。方法:选取某监狱服刑人员中的男性HIV/AIDS患者288名,采用自编一般资料调查表和世界卫生组织HIV感染/AIDS患者生存简表(WHOQOL-HIV-BREF)进行调查。结果:除精神支柱领域外,服刑人员中男性HIV/AIDS患者的其他领域得分和WHO QOL-HIV-BREF总分均低于正常人群(均P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示,35~50岁者的WHOQOL-HIV-BREF总分低于<35岁者(β=-3.87)、分居/离异/丧偶者的总分低于未婚者(β=-3.56);入狱前人均月收入>5000元者的总分高于入狱前人均月收入<3000元者(β=5.85)、刑期>15年者的总分高于刑期5~15年者(β=5.77);抗病毒治疗(β=-4.93)、有合并症(β=-4.33)与WHOQOL-HIV-BREF总分负向关联。结论:某监狱集中关押的男性HIV/AIDS服刑人员生存质量偏低,年龄、婚姻状况、入狱前月收入、刑期、有无合并症、是否抗病毒治疗是生存质量的相关因素。Objective:To investigate the quality of life and related factors in male prisoners with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)(including HIV infectors and AIDS patients)among.Methods:Totally 288 male HIV infectors/AIDS patients were selected from a prison.A self-developed questionnaire and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire for HIV Brief Version(WHO QOL-HIV-BREF)were used.Results:Except for the spirit domain,all the scores of other domains and the total score of WHO QOL-HIVBREF were lowerin male prisoners with HIV/AIDS than in the general population(Ps<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis indicated that the WHO QOL-HIV-BREF total scores were lower in those aged 35-50 years than in those aged under 35(β=-3.87),lower in the separated/divorced/widowed than in the unmarried(β=-3.56),higher in those with monthly income more than 5000 Yuan before imprisonment than in those with monthly income less than 3000 Yuan before imprisonment(β=5.85),and higher in those with a prison term of more than15 years than those with a prison term of 5-15 years(β=5.77).The WHO QOL-HIV-BREF total scores were negatively correlated with receiving antiviral treatment(β=-4.93)and having complications(β=-4.33).Conclusion:The quality of life of male prisoners who are HIV infectors or AIDS patients is generally low,and age,marital status,monthly income before imprisonment,term of imprisonment,complications and antiviral treatment arerelated factors.
