摘　　要：中国女性肺癌病人吸烟率很低,尽管目前国内大多肺癌筛查试验及项目已关注被动吸烟的群体,但较少关注有其他危险因素暴露的非吸烟女性高危人群,很多筛查研究尚存在非吸烟女性覆盖率不足的问题。总结女性肺癌的危险因素,并就目前国内外基于低剂量CT的主要筛查试验及项目的女性纳入情况作一述评,以期为肺癌筛查纳入标准的完善及优化提供帮助。Smoking rate among Chinese women with lung cancer is very low.At present,most lung cancer screening trials and programs in China focused on passive smoking groups,but less attention is paid to non-smoking women exposed to other risk factors,and many screening studies still have insufficient coverage of non-smoking women.This article reviews the risk factors of lung cancer in women and the current inclusion of women in major screening trials and programs based on low dose CT in China and abroad,with the aim of improving and optimizing the inclusion criteria for lung cancer screening.
