摘 要:为构建与新能源汽车产业技术变革相契合的人才培养模式,以W大学新能源汽车人才培养为具体案例,分析了人才培养模式改革的内涵,在此基础上采用座谈、访谈、问卷调查、文献调查等调查研究方法,围绕新能源汽车人才培养模式改革所涉及的关键要素展开系统研究,确定适应新时代产业需求的人才培养目标,优化通-基-专-跨4个层次的理论课程结构,完善基础-提高-创新3个层次的实践课程结构,进行面向宏观-微观两维度的课程内容改革,提出多手段融合的互动化教学模式、多样化的教学方法,以及多元化的教学组织形式,建立科学全面的教学管理体制、学生学业考核评价机制和教学质量综合评价体系,形成具有行业特色的复合型创新人才培养模式。In order to build a talent training mode that is consistent with the technological reform of the new energy automobile industry,taking the new energy automobile talent training of W University as a specific case,this paper analyzes the connotation of the talent training mode reform.On this basis,it carries out a systematic study around the key elements involved in the new energy automobile talent training mode reform by means of discussion,interview,questionnaire survey,literature survey and other investigation and research methods,determines the talent training objectives to meet the industrial needs of the new era,optimizes the four-level theoretical curriculum structure,improves the three-level practical curriculum structure of foundation,improvement and innovation,conducts the curriculum content reform facing the macro and micro dimensions.It puts forward the interactive teaching mode of multi means integration,diversified teaching methods and diversified teaching organization forms,and establishes a scientific and comprehensive teaching management system,the student academic assessment and evaluation mechanism and the comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality,has formed a compound innovative talent training mode with industry characteristics.
