摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏与鼻咽癌(NPC)发病率的关系。方法分别对698例NPC(NPC组)患者和4996例健康非肿瘤人群(健康对照组)进行G6PD检测,并比较两组G6PD活性和G6PD缺乏情况。结果NPC患者的G6PD酶活性低于健康非肿瘤人群,且NPC的G6PD减少或缺乏占比明显高于健康非肿瘤人群(均P<0.05)。结论G6PD对肿瘤的发生发展有着重要影响,G6PD缺乏与NPC发病也有一定关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(g6dp)deficiency and the incidence rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods G6 dp was detected in 698 NPC patients and 4996 healthy non tumor people,and g6dp activity and g6dp deficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The G6 PD enzyme activity of NPC patients was lower than that of healthy non-tumor people,and the proportion of G6 PD decrease or deficiency in NPC was significantly higher than that of healthy non-tumor people(all P<0.05).Conclusion G6 dp has an important influence on the occurrence and development of tumors,and g6dp deficiency is also related to NPC.
