绿色智能采矿背景下高职采矿专业人才素质研究

摘　　要：煤炭绿色智能化开采对于人才素质提出了新的要求,明确行业人才素质需求,有助于高校人才培养与行业发展。为获得绿色智能采矿高职人才所应具备的素质,基于采矿前沿工艺分析行业对于人才素质的要求,开展企业问卷调查,结合行业发展趋势以及企业需求综合研究高职采矿人才素质,研究结果获得了与行业趋势和企业需求相匹配的新时期高职采矿人才素质,并从基本素质以及专业素质两个角度对高职院校人才培养和学生自身发展提出了相关建议。The development of the green and intelligent mining puts forward new requirements for the quality of talents.The clarified requirements of the talents in the industry plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and the development of the industry.In order to obtain the qualities that is required in the industry,this paper analyzes the industry's requirements for talents based on the frontier development of mining technology and conducts,by a questionnaire survey on mining.According to the industry development trend and the enterprise need,this paper generally studies the quality of mining talents in higher vocational colleges.The results of the research showed that the quality of mining talents in higher vocational colleges in the new period matched the industry trend and enterprise needs.Furthermore,from the perspectives of necessary basic quality and professional quality,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for higher vocational colleges and students.
