摘　　要：目的研究两种不同手术方法治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)患者的效果。方法将103例NMIBC患者采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组51例采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗,观察组52例采用经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术(THLRBT)治疗,比较两组患者围手术期指标、血清指标及蛋白表达情况。结果观察组手术时间、下床时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间及术中出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后纤维蛋白原、肝细胞生长因子、肿瘤特异性生长因子水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组P53、Ki-67蛋白阳性表达率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论THLRBT治疗NMIBC,能够有效减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,同时改善血清指标和蛋白表达情况。Objective To study the efficacy of two different surgical methods in the treatment of non-muscular invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).Methods 103 patients with NMIBC were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.51 patients in the control group were treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT).52 patients in the observation group were treated with transurethral holmium laser bladder tumor resection(THLRBT).The perioperative indexes,serum indexes and protein expression of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,get out of bed time,urinary catheter indwelling time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative fibrinogen(Fib),hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),and tumor-specific growth factor(TSGF)levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of P53 and ki-67 proteins in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion THLRBT surgery has obvious curative effect on NMIBC patients,which can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten operation time and hospitalization time,and improve serum indexes and protein expression.
